​Cancellation policy -

Appointment reminders will be sent out 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment, last minute cancellations and no shows will incur a 50% of the treatment fee.

 

Arriving late to your appointment will still result in the full fee for the booked treatment being charged, even if the full treatment cannot be completed in the allocated time.
